Residents of Nhi Tay residential area have submitted their requests to the head of the Phong Phu ward Party committee.

In a frank and open spirit, the people of Nhi Tay raised many opinions, focusing on issues directly related to their lives and production. Some households complained that their rice fields had been confiscated for the Phong Dien - Dien Loc rescue and relief road project, but the compensation was not fair. Meanwhile, the remaining land was unusable due to its low elevation compared to the road level. The people requested solutions to support production or for the government to consider confiscating the remaining small, unusable plots of land.

Residents have reported that the new resettlement area is facing many infrastructure difficulties: a shortage of clean water during the dry season and flooding during the rainy season, significantly impacting their lives. They hope the authorities will find solutions to address these issues and ensure stable living conditions.

Listening and engaging in direct discussions, Party Secretary Phan Hong Anh affirmed that he would direct relevant departments to review and advise the People's Committee of Phong Phu ward on timely and proper resolution of the people's legitimate requests. He also emphasized that through dialogue, ward leaders gain a clearer understanding of the situation at the grassroots level, thereby promptly addressing difficulties and enhancing responsibility in leadership and management. He hoped that the people would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and work together with the Party committee and government to build Phong Phu ward into an increasingly civilized and developed area.
