It offers a comprehensive overview of the dairy industry ecosystem and related fields, encompassing solutions for digital transformation, improved food safety, and product traceability. Beyond showcasing products and technologies, the exhibition series serves as a forum for networking, knowledge sharing, and fostering collaboration among businesses, regulatory bodies, and partners within the industry's value chain.

According to the organizers, this year's theme is "The Dairy Industry Value Chain: Innovation and Sustainable Development," accurately reflecting the trends and urgent needs of the industry in the context of increasing consumer demand for food safety, product quality, and traceability.

The Vietnamese dairy industry has made remarkable progress in recent years, but it also faces numerous challenges related to quality standards, food safety assurance, effective traceability systems, and long-term development pressures.
