Colonel Nguyen Trong Nhi, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, inspects new recruits packaging explosives before they begin their practical training.
After three months of enlistment, 280 new recruits of Battalion 40, Regiment 762, Provincial Military Command, have received comprehensive training and equipment according to regulations. The unit has effectively implemented the training motto "Basic, practical, and solid," maintaining strict adherence to all stages and steps of the training schedule, as well as discipline, regulations, and personnel for learning and training. Preparations regarding records, lesson plans, training grounds, teaching models, and training materials have been thorough and meticulous.
The test included: AK submachine gun shooting (exercise 1); explosive handling (exercise 1); and grenade throwing for distance and accuracy. 100% of the soldiers who took the test demonstrated strong composure, a firm grasp of principles, proficient execution of the necessary movements, and successfully completed all test contents, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.
The "three explosions" inspection realistically assessed the organizational level and training methods of officers at all levels, especially the learning and training process of new recruits. This improved their ability to apply technical and tactical skills to specific situations, as well as preparing them to be ready to receive and successfully complete all assigned tasks in the future.
