Political education work has many innovations; the regular regime is strictly maintained; officers and soldiers strictly comply with military discipline, state laws, and unit regulations. Logistics and technical work has been well implemented, fully ensuring the tasks. The unit has done a good job of ensuring and synchronizing weapons and technical equipment for training.

The unit has completed all the content and training program for new soldiers; 100% of the test content is good and excellent; 100% of the new soldier training companies are excellent training units; ensuring absolute safety.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Ngoc praised the achievements and requested Regiment 692 to continue to focus on leadership and direction to improve the quality of training and combat readiness; regularlyeducate officers and soldiers to grasp the political tasks of the unit, promote revolutionary vigilance, build a strong political stance, solidarity, determination to overcome difficulties, and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

The unit needs to continue to strictly maintain combat readiness, proactively coordinate closely with forces and local Party committees and authorities in grasping, assessing, and forecasting the situation to flexibly and effectively handle situations, and avoid being passive or surprised.

Continue to adhere to the training motto of "Basic - Practical - Solid", attach importance to synchronous and in-depth training, focus on practice, combine military training with political education, build a regular order, abide by discipline, and build good solidarity within the unit.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Ngoc said that after 3 months of training, the new soldiers have gradually matured, have a fuller awareness of the task of protecting the Fatherland; the political mettle and revolutionary moral qualities of soldiers have been gradually perfected; their health has been improved; their technical and tactical skills have initially met the requirements and tasks of training and practice in the Army.

In the coming time, the soldiers will return to their new units, with higher requirements and tasks. Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Ngoc asked the soldiers to be deeply aware of the honor and glorious responsibility, build motivation to strive; constantly improve technical and tactical skills, sense of discipline, maintain solidarity, love comrades and teammates, quickly stabilize and continue to carry out training tasks, be ready to fight, and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
