Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department visited and worked with the Provincial Police

On the morning of July 23, Comrade Le Thanh Van - Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee visited and worked with the Provincial Police on the results of leadership and direction in implementing internal affairs and crime prevention; the situation of organizational arrangement, staff, facilities, and working conditions after the merger.

On the morning of July 23, Comrade Le Thanh Van - Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee visited and worked with the Provincial Police on the results of leadership and direction in implementing internal affairs and crime prevention; the situation of organizational arrangement, staff, facilities, and working conditions after the merger.

Comrade Le Thanh Van - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee spoke at the working session with the Provincial Police.

Through the working session and understanding the actual situation, noting the limitations, difficulties, inadequacies and making proposals and recommendations, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee promptly proposed to the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the operation of internal affairs agencies after the province's merger and implementation of the 2-level local government model.

According to the report of the Provincial Police, immediately after the merger, the Provincial Police directed the police of units and localities to effectively implement all aspects of work, ensuring local management. In the fight against social evils, the Provincial Police directed the deployment of forces to strengthen local management, promptly preventing and fighting to eradicate hotspots and gathering places; including fighting against gambling crimes and taking advantage of cyberspace to gamble. From July 1 to now, the whole province has had 36 cases of social order crimes, destroying 10 cases and 73 social evil subjects.

According to the report, after the merger, the ward police force has been fully consolidated, the number of staff basically meets the requirements of the task. The ward police command always upholds the sense of responsibility in leadership and strengthens inspection and urging of officers and soldiers in the process of performing tasks with specific plans and targets.

On this occasion, Phuoc Hau Ward Police proposed and made recommendations on issues related to coordination in disseminating laws, combating crime and resolving public administrative procedures; investing in equipment and facilities to better serve professional work and receiving people.
