Tran Phu High School - Key project to celebrate April 30

In the exciting atmosphere towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term, many meaningful activities and tasks were jointly implemented by Party committees, authorities and people in the province. The highlight was the efforts to construct, quickly hand over and put into use the Tran Phu High School project - one of the key projects of the province, contributing to improving the quality of education and making a mark in socio-economic development.

These days , towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term, many meaningful projects spread across different fields, from economic, cultural, social development to environment, urban areas... are being accelerated and completed by all levels, sectors, units, and localities throughout the province.

One of the key projects of the province that has been marked with a sign to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term in April 2025 is the Tran Phu High School project (Vinh Yen).

The project is invested by the Provincial Key Project Management Board, with a scale of 39 classrooms, meeting the learning needs of 1,600 students, including the following items: Classroom building No. 1, construction area of nearly 1,000 m2; Classroom building No. 2, construction area of nearly 1,500 m2; Headquarters building combined with classrooms, living and physical education and sports block... with an area of nearly 2,000 m2, built in connection with Classroom building No. 1 by corridors on all floors. In addition, synchronous auxiliary works such as household electricity system, lighting system, lightning protection, water supply and drainage, fire prevention and fighting system...

This is a typical educational and cultural project of the Education and Training sector of Vinh Phuc with a total investment of nearly 330 billion VND, constructed by a consortium of contractors including Khanh An Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, Loan Thang Construction Trading Company Limited, and Bao An Yen Lac Company Limited.

Started in November 2023, up to now, the joint venture contractor has basically completed the items of classroom building No. 1, classroom building No. 2, the administrative building combined with classrooms, the block for activities and physical education, sports, and electricity, water, fire prevention, fire fighting, and auxiliary items. Painting and finishing of the exterior infrastructure, concrete paving of the internal yard and road are in progress; 97% of the project volume has been completed.

During the construction process, the joint venture contractor strictly implemented the provisions of the law on labor safety and hygiene, workers were equipped with labor protection equipment according to regulations; ensured traffic safety and order in the construction area, minimizing the impact on the lives of surrounding households.

Project Manager Tran Phuong Dong said: During the construction process, the project has been regularly cared for, coordinated, closely monitored by the investor, and the joint venture of contractors and consultants have promptly resolved difficulties and obstacles to speed up the implementation process while ensuring the quality of the project. In the spirit of "overcoming the sun and overcoming the rain", the joint venture of contractors has been focusing on financial, human and material resources, determined to speed up the construction progress, complete the project 1 month ahead of schedule for handover, put into use, and effectively promote investment capital.

After 78 years of construction and development, Tran Phu High School is one of the high schools that always maintains its leading position in quality of education and training in the high school sector of the province.

Accelerating the construction progress, quickly completing and handing over the project for use not only meets the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training of the school in the new situation but also contributes to creating a project with aesthetics, uniformity in scale, architecture, and urban landscape of Vinh Yen city in particular and the province in general.

Thereby contributing to creating an exciting and enthusiastic competitive atmosphere towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025 - 2030.
