In this summer transfer window, coach Erik Ten Hag has got a new contract, when Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount joined for a total value of 60 million pounds to strengthen his midfield.

However, the Red Devils still want to have more quality contracts that are competitive enough with big clubs in the Premier League as well as the Champions League next season.

The Old Trafford team is preparing to bring in goalkeeper Andre Onana to replace De Gea, whose contract officially expired at the end of June.

Man Utd are said to have finalised the deal and are set to announce the Cameroon goalkeeper in the next few hours.

Coach Ten Hag is also trying to add a position in the attack by recruiting striker Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta.

Man Utd have now reached a verbal agreement with the Danish striker and fans are expecting the Red Devils to announce the expected deal before their tour of the US on July 20.

Mirror also gave Man Utd's predicted lineup for next season when the Red Devils officially have their opening match against Wolverhampton on August 14.

Goalkeeper: Andre Onana

The Cameroonian goalkeeper is expected to take the number one spot in goal, although Dean Henderson is also expected to start. The reason is that Onana is a goalkeeper who can play very well with his feet, which is the style that coach Ten Hag wants in his squad.

Defenders: Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Raphael Varane, Lisandro Martinez, Luke Shaw

Ten Hag could choose to start with last season's defenders next season. At right-back, Aaron Wan-Bissaka will start ahead of Diogo Dalot after an excellent performance last season.

Meanwhile, the central defensive pairing will be Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez, with Victor Lindelof and Harry Maguire in reserve in case the England centre-back does not leave. Luke Shaw will take charge on the left wing.

Midfielders: Casemiro, Bruno Fernandes, Mason Mount

Mason Mount's arrival is likely to provide Man Utd with stability in midfield, replacing Christian Eriksen, who has struggled for form since the end of last season. The English midfielder will take on a supporting role for Bruno Fernandes.

Forwards: Antony, Rasmus Hoilund, Marcus Rashford

The arrival of Rasmus Hojlund will help Man Utd complete the striker position, with Cristiano Ronaldo leaving Old Trafford. This will allow Marcus Rashford to take over his preferred left-wing position, while Antony will take care of the other wing.
