Vehicles traveling from Hang Bong and Hang Gai streets towards Le Thai To should follow this route: Hang Bong - Hang Gai - Luong Van Can - Le Thai To.
The Inspectorate of the Department of Construction is tasked with deploying personnel to coordinate with relevant units to organize and guide traffic flow according to the pilot plan for adjusting traffic organization.
The Department of Construction requests the Traffic Police Department of the City Police to coordinate in guiding traffic flow for vehicles to ensure traffic safety and avoid traffic congestion; and to strengthen inspection and handling of violations of traffic safety and urban order on the road and intersections.
Monitor and assess traffic conditions on the route and in the area to promptly identify shortcomings and propose adjustments to traffic organization plans accordingly.
The agency also requested the Hoan Kiem District People's Committee to direct functional forces and local authorities to set up barriers and fences to cordon off the area in front of the square, and to deploy forces to coordinate with the Inspectorate of the Department of Construction, the Hanoi City Traffic Police, and other relevant units to regulate and guide traffic flow, avoiding traffic congestion.
