This plan aims to serve the construction of phase 3 of the Phu Thu intersection investment project and the connecting road in Tien Hiep commune, Phu Ly city (old). Accordingly, from July 26, vehicles traveling from Hanoi to Ninh Binh when moving to Km 225+950 on the Cau Gie-Ninh Binh route, continue straight through Phu Thu tunnel, follow the "Highway; rest stop" sign at Km 226+880 and the road markings, continue in one of two directions.
In case of needing to turn into a rest stop (located on the right in the direction of Hanoi - Ninh Binh ), vehicles participating in traffic follow the signal to turn right into the rest stop.
Then, vehicles exit the rest stop and enter the highway at the area behind the sign at Km227+340, continue on the Cau Gie-Ninh Binh highway towards Ninh Binh. In case of not turning into the above rest stop, vehicles follow the signs and road markings to continue straight on the highway towards Ninh Binh.

For vehicles traveling from Ninh Binh to Hanoi, when reaching Km227+400 on Cau Gie-Ninh Binh route, follow the "Highway; rest stop" sign and road markings, continue in either direction.
In case of needing to turn into the rest stop (located on the right in the direction of Ninh Binh - Hanoi), the vehicle follows the road signs and road markings to turn into the rest stop. After using the service at the rest stop, the vehicle moves according to the signs to enter Km227+080 (the road section south of Phu Thu tunnel) and enters the main highway, passes through Phu Thu tunnel towards Hanoi. If not turning into the above rest stop, the vehicle continues to go straight on the highway, passes Km227+300 and passes through Phu Thu tunnel towards Hanoi.
“During the temporary traffic organization for construction, vehicles must travel at the speed specified on the signs and road signs of the Cau Gie-Ninh Binh Expressway. When approaching the Phu Thu Intersection project area (Km225+900-Km227+500), they must reduce their speed according to the regulations on the road signs,” said Mr. Nguyen Cong Hung, Chief of VEC Office.

The allowed speed when vehicles pass through the section Km225+900-Km227+500 (including Phu Thu tunnel) of the highway is not more than 60km/h.
On the Ninh Binh-Hanoi direction, to Km228+080 the speed limit is no more than 100km/h; to Km227+880 the speed limit is no more than 80km/h; to Km227+680 the speed limit is no more than 60km/h.
