Recognizing that the effective implementation of the "National Unity for Building New Rural Areas and Civilized Urban Areas" campaign requires the consensus and resource contributions of the people, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in Tuan Giao district have intensified propaganda efforts to raise awareness among the people about the great significance and benefits of building new rural areas. Through various forms of propaganda, tailored to different target groups and residential areas, such as: through conferences, village meetings, activities of associations and organizations; through village elders, village heads, and influential people; through mass media, local loudspeaker systems, and social media... people have gradually understood the benefits as well as their role and responsibility in jointly building new rural areas. Therefore, people have readily donated land and contributed labor and resources to the construction of new rural areas in the district. From 2022 to the present, people in the district have donated more than 22,000 ^{square meters} of land, contributed more than 960 million VND and over 2,700 man-days of labor to build roads, cultural centers, irrigation works, etc. For example, in Muong Khong commune, people in Phieng Hin and Hua Sat villages donated 6,000 ^square meters of land for roads leading into the villages; people in Quai To commune donated 880 ^{square meters} of land for internal field roads, contributed more than 300 man-days of labor to build concrete roads and lighting systems with a length of 1,845 meters, at a cost of over 313 million VND; and constructed a model flower-lined road 800 meters long…

Notably, in implementing the five specific contents of the campaign, the District Fatherland Front Committee and its member organizations proactively coordinated and devised many solutions for implementation. Identifying solidarity in economic development, mutual assistance in sustainable poverty reduction, and encouragement of legitimate wealth creation as the central focus, the Fatherland Front at all levels mobilized the people to promote the application of science and technology in production, transforming the economic structure of crops and livestock to increase productivity; coordinating with mass organizations to help people access loans for production development, and building effective economic development models suitable to the locality. As a result, many exemplary models of successful production and business have emerged, generating hundreds of millions of dong in income each year. Simultaneously, the district also did a good job of caring for and assisting poor households, ensuring that no one is left behind. Every year, the district organizes activities to support the repair and construction of solidarity houses, tặng gifts to poor households, and provide humanitarian relief. In the first eight months of the year, the district supported the construction of 48 solidarity houses and homes of compassion for poor households with a total budget of 2.4 billion VND; and coordinated the donation of over 1,000 gifts to poor people and children in difficult circumstances. Currently, the district is focusing on implementing support for the construction of 605 solidarity houses for poor households in the district under the housing program for poor households, in commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory.

United in building a cultural life, caring for the cause of education, developing human resources, and caring for the people's health, the District Fatherland Front Committee, in coordination with relevant departments and agencies, has promoted the movement to build a cultural life in agencies, units, and residential areas; mobilizing people to preserve and promote the good traditional cultural values of the nation, eliminate outdated customs, diligently study, and build a civilized lifestyle. Joining hands to protect the environment, respond to climate change, and build a bright, green, clean, and beautiful environment, people in the area have actively participated in environmental protection by planting trees, regularly cleaning village roads and alleys, collecting waste, clearing drainage ditches, and building self-governing models in residential areas. To ensure social order and safety, the Fatherland Front at all levels mobilizes people to strictly abide by the law, participate in reporting crimes; and promotes the role of mediation groups to promptly resolve conflicts and disagreements among the people. Promoting democracy, actively participating in social supervision and criticism, contributing to building a clean and strong grassroots political system, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the district effectively implements the grassroots democracy regulations, constantly innovates and improves the quality of its activities; reflecting the legitimate opinions and aspirations of the people to the government at all levels…

Mr. Giàng A Dơ, Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Tuần Giáo District, affirmed: Focusing on implementing the contents of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas," the district has achieved many outstanding results. To date, the entire district has 5 communes recognized as basically meeting the standards of new rural areas; 9 communes have met 15 criteria or more, 9 communes have met 10 to 14 criteria, with an average of 14.5 criteria per commune. Notably, the face of the rural areas has changed significantly, the material and spiritual lives of the people have been gradually improved, and the poverty rate of the district has decreased to over 41%. People have gradually changed their perceptions of new rural areas, and are ready to work together to achieve the goals of building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, contributing to building an increasingly prosperous and beautiful homeland.
