Online Education Week: Towards a Digital Future and Sustainable Global Strategies

NDO - On May 12th, Vietnam National University, Hanoi and the Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO) jointly organized the opening of the Online Education Week with the theme "Global Strategy and the Digital Future: Diplomacy, Climate Change and Artificial Intelligence Technology in a Volatile World".

The event took place after the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between the two schools, witnessed by General Secretary To Lam and Russian President Vladimir Putin (May 10).

The program includes a series of online public lectures presented by prestigious professors and experts from the Moscow State University of International Relations, focusing on key global strategic issues such as foreign policy, climate change, artificial intelligence, digital diplomacy , and energy. This is considered a valuable academic event, opening up opportunities for sharing perspectives, experiences, and in-depth analyses between international experts and the Vietnamese academic community.

The series of online lectures, held from May 12th to 16th, attracted nearly 200 administrators, lecturers, and researchers, contributing to enhanced international understanding and cooperation in the fields of education and scientific research.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Director of Hanoi National University, Le Quan, affirmed that Hanoi National University always values ​​and continuously promotes international cooperation activities, considering this an important driving force to improve the quality of training, scientific research, and integration with advanced education systems around the world.

The collaborative relationship between Vietnam National University, Hanoi and Moscow State University of International Relations is not only based on trust and shared strategic vision, but also receives attention and support at the highest level.

These are considered fields that not only shape the future of science and technology but also have a strong impact on all aspects of global economic and social life.

This series of online lectures is a clear testament to the strong commitment of Vietnam National University, Hanoi and Moscow State University of International Relations to realizing their strategic cooperation goals.

The carefully selected topics for the lecture series, ranging from "Managing Artificial Intelligence for the Benefit of Humanity," "Artificial Intelligence and Digital Diplomacy," "Russia in the Global Climate Agenda," "Russia's Grand Strategy in Foreign Policy," to "Russian Energy Diplomacy in the Modern Context," are all topical issues reflecting the major challenges and opportunities facing the world.
