(Dan Tri Newspaper) - A 40-year-old man in China was hospitalized after experiencing shortness of breath and chest pain while tutoring his child.
This year, Mr. Zhang's family (40 years old, living in Hangzhou, China) has a son who is preparing to take the high school entrance exam.
Recognizing this as an important exam, the man spent a lot of time taking his child to tutoring classes and helping with homework at home every evening.
Recently, while helping his son with his homework, the father and son had an argument, which caused Mr. Zhang to suddenly experience shortness of breath and severe chest pain.

Seeing her husband's unusual symptoms, the wife quickly called for emergency services. Mr. Zhang was taken to Zhejiang University School of Medicine Hospital. After examination, doctors determined that the man had suffered a heart attack.
Immediately, the on-duty doctor activated the hospital-wide alert to prepare for emergency surgical intervention to ensure the patient's safety.
The cardiologist placed a stent to open the blocked artery, maintaining blood flow to the heart muscle. Thanks to timely emergency treatment, the patient overcame the critical condition, and the chest pain symptoms significantly subsided.
Earlier in October, a male parent in Nanyang ( Henan , China) had to be hospitalized after collapsing while helping his daughter with her homework.
Accordingly, when his wife's daughter didn't pronounce the words correctly as requested, the stepfather became angry and exhibited symptoms such as chest pain, trembling, and nausea.
The man was immediately rushed to the emergency room. Doctors determined that he was suffering from an irregular heartbeat. Excessive anger had caused symptoms similar to those of an impending stroke.
Dr. Zhao Yanbo from Zhejiang University School of Medicine Hospital warns that the incidence of cardiovascular disease is increasingly affecting younger people. Among them, the number of men suffering from this disease is higher than that of women. The causes are identified as smoking habits, stress, high blood pressure, etc.
Studies show that psychology is closely related to cardiovascular problems. Some experts have found that emotions such as anger, hatred, and pessimism are linked to manifestations of cardiovascular disease.
Therefore, in addition to maintaining healthy lifestyle habits, people need to remain calm when anything happens, think positively, and avoid excessive worry to prevent negative psychological effects. Every day, everyone should maintain a routine of exercise and relaxation to help their bodies relieve stress.
