Becoming a member of the Youth Union is not simply about joining an organization, but also about making a promise to oneself regarding responsibility and a way of life. Wearing the green uniform of the Youth Union, these new faces carry pride and excitement, mixed with anxieties about the path ahead.

Nguyen Tien Duong, a member of the Youth Union at Ca Mau Community College, shared: “I feel I have matured. Not because I joined an organization, but because I understand that I need to live more responsibly, not only for myself but also for the group.”

The moment of taking the oath under the Party flag, the national flag, and the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh left many profound emotions. For many young people, it was the first time they clearly felt the meaning of the word "ideal," something that might have only existed in books before.

Along with pride comes a clear sense of responsibility. Nguyen Hoang Tuan, a new member of the Youth Union at Ca Mau Community College, said: “When I became a Youth Union member, I reminded myself to be more exemplary in my studies and activities. I want to participate in many volunteer programs to contribute to society.”
