The 2026 competition for outstanding Youth Union officials and young propagandists will be widely implemented from the grassroots level to the Petroleum Department level to foster awareness, cultivate character, and hone professional skills for Youth Union officials and those responsible for youth work. It will also provide opportunities for Youth Union officials to interact, exchange experiences, improve their theoretical knowledge, and enhance their advisory capacity to effectively implement youth work within their agencies and units.

The talent competition for outstanding youth union officials featured a sand painting performance.

Opening the program of outstanding performances was the talent competition for outstanding Youth Union officials, featuring a sand painting performance set to the music of the songs "Remembering Hanoi " and "Ho Chi Minh, the Most Beautiful Name," performed by Major Tran Thi Hao, a non-commissioned officer from the 190th Warehouse Youth Union branch. The sand painting, depicting the Old Quarter and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, was not only an artistic creation showcasing the talent of the female Youth Union official, but also a crystallization of the national spirit and the depth of Vietnamese history. The Old Quarter preserves the timeless beauty of culture, memories, and the identity of ancient Thang Long. The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is a sacred symbol of gratitude, faith, and the enduring legacy of Ho Chi Minh's ideology in the hearts of the Vietnamese people.

Next, the young propagandist competition featured Major Tran Thi Hao, from the 190th Depot Youth Union, and Lieutenant Nguyen Van Thao, from the 664th Regiment Youth Union, with the theme "Youth of the Petroleum Department Steadily Marching Under the Party Flag." The content focused on the Party's 14th Congress Resolution, emphasizing the three breakthroughs; relating them to practical situations and closely aligning them with the three breakthroughs identified in the Petroleum Department Party Congress Resolution for the 2025-2030 term; and connecting them to the responsibilities and duties assigned to each officer and youth union member of the Petroleum Department.

The young propagandist competition focuses on promoting the three breakthroughs outlined in the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Through this performance program, we aim to continue spreading positive values ​​and sending the meaningful message of the competition to a large number of officers and soldiers in general, and to officers and youth union members in particular. This will strengthen confidence, promote the role and responsibility of young people, and encourage them to take the lead in successfully fulfilling all assigned tasks, contributing to building strong, comprehensive, exemplary, and outstanding agencies and units within the Petroleum Department.
