Over the past few days, young people throughout Nghe An province have simultaneously organized the launching ceremony for Youth Month 2025, with many meaningful projects and activities being implemented. Youth Month is an opportunity for young people to demonstrate their patriotism, sense of responsibility, and dedication to the country. It is also a chance for young people to hone their character, develop skills, promote a pioneering spirit, volunteerism, creativity, and self-affirmation. |
In Que Phong district, the launching ceremony of the 2025 Youth Month was organized by the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union with many meaningful activities such as: commencing the construction of charitable houses, eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses; providing free medical examinations and medicine to the people; establishing and launching "Popular Education Teams" with the core force being young people. |
At the launching ceremony, the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union and collaborating units supported the construction of 6 houses for local people, assisted in 2 youth economic development models, donated nearly 3,800 cartons of milk, 130 gift packages to disadvantaged students; donated a playground for children and teenagers, a television, a computer set and 100 maps of Vietnam… with a total value of over 1.1 billion VND. |
In Thanh Chuong district, the launching ceremony of the 2025 Youth Month was held with many meaningful activities. These included awarding the Youth Entrepreneurship Fund to 3 models worth 230 million VND; organizing the "I Love My Homeland" flag-raising ceremony at the Vietnam-Laos border marker; donating 10 maps of Vietnam to the Thanh Chuong 3 High School student union; giving 10 gifts worth 5 million VND each to 10 disadvantaged students; and donating 50 cartons of milk to the Thanh Chuong 3 High School student union. |
Following the launching ceremony, the Standing Committee of the Thanh Chuong District Youth Union organized a series of accompanying activities in response to the initiative, such as: organizing a charity porridge program; inaugurating a street lighting project; planting trees by youth; and dredging irrigation canals in the fields. |
At the launching ceremony of Youth Month 2025, the Standing Committee of the Nghi Loc District Youth Union handed over a youth project: a children's playground (Nghe An Lung Hospital) worth 50 million VND; presented 10 gifts worth a total of 4 million VND to disadvantaged children receiving treatment at the hospital; planted a row of youth trees; donated 10 maps of Vietnam to the Nghi Van Commune Youth Union; and distributed 500 bowls of porridge to patients receiving treatment at the hospital, with a total value of 12 million VND. |
In Ky Son district, the Standing Committee of the District Youth Union organized the launching ceremony for Youth Month 2025 with many meaningful activities such as: Donating a set of basketball nets and 2 million VND to the Na Ngoi Commune Youth Union to support the sports movement; Giving 7 gifts worth a total of 4.2 million VND to disadvantaged children in the locality; Implementing a district-level youth project: Planting 125 cherry blossom trees in the grounds of the Na Ngoi Commune People's Committee, contributing to creating a green space and raising awareness of environmental protection. |
In Thai Hoa Town, the Standing Committee of the Town Youth Union launched the 2025 Youth Month with many practical activities. These included visiting, examining, and giving gifts to disadvantaged families in Nghia Thuan commune (Thai Hoa town); and distributing over 100 meals at the Northwest Nghe An Regional General Hospital. |
At the Youth Month launch ceremony, more than 1,500 youth union members in Anh Son district donated 300 million VND in startup capital to local youth; inaugurated an outdoor fitness facility worth 20 million VND; and presented 5 gifts to 5 families who contributed to the revolution. |
The Standing Committee of the Anh Son District Youth Union planted 500 new trees along riverbanks and roads; donated 150 crape myrtle trees; gave dozens of gifts to people in difficult circumstances; and cleaned and tidied up dozens of roads, cultural centers, and memorials. |

The Standing Committee of the Tuong Duong District Youth Union organized the launching ceremony for the 2025 Youth Month and commenced district-level youth projects including: building a sports playground, awarding 20 gifts to disadvantaged children, and supporting housing construction in Yen Thang commune. |
The Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union directed 100% of its affiliated youth organizations throughout the province to organize activities in response to the initiative. To date, the province has established more than 40 volunteer teams; implemented 84 youth projects and initiatives; built one charitable house; planted tens of thousands of trees; deployed 34 youth volunteer teams for "Popular Education"; and provided medical examinations, dispensed medicine, and distributed gifts to over 2,200 people. The total resources amounted to over 2 billion VND.
