Tuyen Quang receives over 300 units of blood.

On the morning of May 12th, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police, in coordination with the Provincial Red Cross Society and the Provincial General Hospital, organized the voluntary blood donation program "A Drop of Blood of Compassion for Beloved Comrades" in 2026.

Leaders of the Provincial Police and the Provincial Red Cross Society of Tuyen Quang visited and encouraged officers and soldiers participating in blood donation.

This activity is in response to the emulation movements celebrating the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday, and looking forward to the 81st anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force and the 21st anniversary of the National Day for Protecting National Security.

Over the years, more than 2,500 police officers and soldiers throughout the province have participated in voluntary blood donation each year. Many of them have donated blood more than 30 times to save lives; many with rare blood types have been present in emergency situations, contributing to saving the lives of critically ill patients.

Police officers and soldiers of the provincial police force receive forms and undergo screening before donating blood.

In the coming period, the police force throughout the province, especially the youth union members and members of the "Drop of Compassion" Club of the Tuyen Quang Police, will continue to actively and enthusiastically participate in the voluntary blood donation movement to share their loving blood for their comrades and the community.

Over 300 units of blood were donated by police officers and soldiers in the "Blood Donation for Beloved Comrades" program in 2026.

At the end of the program, the Organizing Committee received more than 300 units of blood, creating a valuable blood supply that contributes to saving the lives of comrades in the police force and patients suffering from serious illnesses.

The leaders of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police Department presented Certificates of Commendation to individuals who achieved outstanding results in the voluntary blood donation movement.

On this occasion, the Director of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police awarded Certificates of Commendation to 54 individuals and praised 6 individuals for their outstanding achievements in the voluntary blood donation movement in 2026.
