The 2024 AFC U23 Championship qualifiers will feature 43 teams divided into 10 groups of four and one group of three, and are scheduled to take place in early September 2023. The 11 group winners and the four best runners-up will qualify for the 2024 AFC U23 Championship finals in Qatar in May 2024.
