Having spent many years working with students from ethnic minority communities, Ms. Giang has always believed that the teaching profession is not only about imparting knowledge but also about instilling confidence and a will to strive for success in her students. For her, learning from President Ho Chi Minh begins with the smallest things each day, such as meticulously preparing lessons, being dedicated to her students, and constantly innovating teaching methods.

Among the outstanding individuals, Nguyen Dinh Tai, a 12th-grade student specializing in Informatics at Nguyen Chi Thanh High School for the Gifted (Nam Gia Nghia ward), impressed with his outstanding academic achievements and his spirit of self-study and perseverance in overcoming difficulties.

Three years of high school was a journey of relentless effort for this young man passionate about computer science. From receiving an honorable mention in the national excellent student competition in 10th grade to winning second prize in the national excellent student competition for two consecutive years, along with many achievements at ICPC, OLP, and regional youth computer science competitions. Not only was he academically gifted, but Tài also always consciously learned from and followed President Ho Chi Minh's teachings in simple ways such as: living with purpose, valuing time, and being honest in his studies. According to the Director of the Department of Education and Training, in the context of the education sector facing strong demands for innovation, digital transformation, and international integration, the teaching staff needs to continue to improve their professional capacity, innovate management thinking, and teaching methods to meet new requirements.
