According to the assessment of the Provincial People's Committee, in the past time, departments, branches and localities have strictly implemented the reception and handling of records and administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal/Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System. However, up to now, there are still some departments, branches and localities with a high rate of overdue records and the number of overdue online records submitted from the National Public Service Portal/Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System accounts for a large proportion (8.2%).

To overcome the situation of overdue administrative procedure settlement, the Provincial People's Committee requests: Departments, branches, sectors and localities to proactively review, inspect and completely handle online records submitted from the National Public Service Portal/Provincial Administrative Procedure Settlement Information System that are overdue and are being processed (Appendix attached); rectify and strictly handle agencies, units, cadres, civil servants and public employees who cause delays and tardiness in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister at Point d, Section 1, Directive No. 27/CT-TTg dated October 27, 2023, on continuing to promote reform solutions and improve the efficiency of administrative procedure settlement and provision of public services to serve people and businesses.
Assign the Provincial People's Committee Office (Provincial Electronic Information Portal) to preside over and coordinate with the Government Office to review technical errors in the process of integrating and synchronizing records and administrative procedures between the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System and the National Public Service Portal to ensure 100% synchronization and completeness of records and administrative procedures according to regulations, helping to accurately assess the results of administrative procedure implementation and public service provision at ministries, branches and localities.
