Accordingly, at 10 p.m., the 112 Civil Defense Hotline of Son La province received an urgent report from citizen Nguyen Duc Thang, residing in Group 2, Moc Son Ward, who was trapped in his house due to rising floodwaters. Immediately after receiving the report, the Son La Provincial Military Command directed the Defense Command of Region 4 to coordinate with the police, militia and local authorities to participate in the rescue. By 11 p.m. the same day, the authorities had rescued and brought the citizen to safety.
