The role of education and training in the task of human resource development with the "3-house" linkage model

On the afternoon of July 24, Vinh Long University of Technical Education coordinated with the departments of education and training in the Mekong Delta region to organize a scientific conference with the theme "The role of education and training in the task of developing human resources with a model of connecting 3 parties: school - state - business".

The workshop aims to effectively implement the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Central Executive Committee on "Developing high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable national development", Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP of 2025 of the Government and Action Program No. 69-CTr/TU dated February 18, 2025 of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee.

At the workshop, through presentations and discussions, delegates exchanged and shared their views, practices and proposed specific solutions for effective linkage in training and human resource use. The role of state management in work, forecasting, orientation of human resource training, scientific management, innovation development strategy, digital transformation towards sustainable development.
