Along with his studies and work experience, a significant portion of his accumulated knowledge comes from the books he reads daily as a healthy habit and hobby. Understanding the importance of self-learning, Dr. Tuan wants to spread this love of reading to his staff and employees, enabling them to meet the increasingly demanding requirements of the service industry while also acquiring new skills and knowledge for personal and business development. To encourage his colleagues to read and love books, Dr. Tuan dedicates 20 minutes at the beginning of each morning to reviewing the previous day's work and planning for the day's tasks. He then assigns someone to read a chapter from a book aloud to the entire team, after which the employees draw lessons from the reading.

I want them to choose suitable books to read. Many of my regular customers are young children who immediately run to the bookshelf to pick up a book they were reading last time.
