In Group B, the highlight match between U17 Hanoi and U17 SLNA ended in a 0-0 draw. Heavy rain in the second half affected the play of both teams, with neither side able to find the decisive goal.

In the remaining match, despite having one more player from the 33rd minute after Quang Kiet (Becamex TP.HCM) received a red card, U17 HAGL still surprisingly lost 0-1. Anh Tai scored the only goal in the 52nd minute, helping Becamex TP.HCM win all 3 valuable points.

U17 PVF-CAND early won ticket to semi-finals

Group C witnessed the overwhelming strength of U17 PVF-CAND. In the first half alone, Van Duong scored a double, along with goals from Phi Khang, Gia Bao and Anh Tu, helping PVF-CAND lead 5-0 against U17 TP.HCM. A late effort only helped Gia Huy score an honorary goal in the 79th minute, closing out a 5-1 victory for PVF-CAND.

In the remaining match, U17 The Cong Viettel defeated U17 An Giang 3-1. After Tuan Phat's own goal, The Cong had more goals from Dai Nhan and Huy Hoang. Although Quang Trung narrowed the gap on the 11m mark, An Giang still accepted defeat.

After two matches, U17 PVF-CAND is the first team to win a ticket to the quarter-finals with 2 wins, quickly affirming its position as the number one candidate for the National U17 Championship.
