Awarded "Best Workplace in Asia" for three consecutive years.

Outperforming hundreds of applications from domestic organizations and businesses, UOB Vietnam Bank excellently won the "HR Asia Awards - Best Workplace in Asia" 2025. This is the third consecutive year the Bank has participated and been honored with this prestigious award.

The HR Asia Awards is a prestigious annual award organized by HR Asia magazine, recognizing businesses with outstanding human resource policies, attractive compensation packages, and an ideal working environment.

In addition to the main award for 2025, the Bank also won four other important categories, including:

- Most Caring Company Awards: This award category recognizes companies with the best working environments in Asia, thanks to policies that prioritize the rights and benefits of employees, thereby fostering an excellent and cohesive workplace culture.

- Outstanding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Awards: This award category recognizes companies with the best workplaces in Asia that focus on building and implementing human resource policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion for employees, regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, rank, seniority, etc.

- Tech Empowerment Awards: This award category recognizes companies that apply technology to improve the workplace, enhance employee experience, and boost operational efficiency.

- Sustainable Workplace Awards: This award category recognizes businesses that demonstrate a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, sustainable business practices, and outstanding leadership in promoting a sustainable culture, fostering ecological innovation, and creating a positive impact on the environment and society.
