On December 11th, the Drug Crime Investigation Department (C04, Ministry of Public Security ) announced that it had collaborated with the Student Affairs Department (Ministry of Education and Training) and the Special Programs - Science and Education Department of Vietnam Television to organize the closing gala of the "Drug-Free Schools" program, season 3, 2025, with the theme "Creating a Drug-Free Future".
According to Department C04, after 3 years, the program has expanded to include 30 competitions in 12 provinces and cities, attracting 90 high schools, colleges, and universities, and more than 30,000 students.
These figures demonstrate the powerful impact of the message "Don't try, don't keep, don't use drugs even once."

A representative from C04 emphasized that a key new feature of season 3 is the inclusion of practical projects for students.
Representatives from the Water Resources University, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Thai Nguyen University), and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance shared many innovative models, applications of technology, and multi-platform communication.
In addition, the talent competition for high school students continued to evoke strong emotions, especially the performance reenacting the fight against drugs by Song Lo High School ( Tuyen Quang ).

The gala also attracted attention due to the participation of many artists. In particular, the skit "A Special Stress Reliever" by actor Chu Manh Cuong (nicknamed Cuong Ca) and musician Nguyen Van Chung conveyed a profound message about the price of risky "shortcuts."
The gala concluded with an honoring of the partner organizations and the song "We Will Win," as a reaffirmation of the shared determination to build a safe, drug-free school environment.
