It's just instant noodles with squid, but this dish is causing a sensation at Man Thai beach (Son Tra district, Da Nang city), attracting dozens of young people who wake up early and crowd together near the beach to enjoy it.

Not long ago, some vendors in the beach area of ​​Man Thai ward, Son Tra district, Da Nang city, tried selling instant noodles cooked with fresh squid right in this coastal area.

Surprisingly, this seemingly simple dish has become a sensation among young people. Locals call the fresh squid caught in this area "flashing squid." Just boiled and served with instant noodles, it becomes an incredibly addictive dish, attracting hundreds of young people every day.

Fresh squid is very fresh, with a translucent body and shimmering brown or red spots visible.

When a customer orders, the vendor begins preparing the dish. Instant squid noodles are quite simple to prepare, but the main ingredient must be fresh squid, with the eyes, teeth, ink sac, and internal organs removed, leaving only the squid eggs.

The squid broth is then seasoned with instant noodle seasoning or the owner's own special seasoning. Each bowl of noodles contains noodles, fresh squid, celery, bean sprouts, onion, and green chili peppers. Customers can ask the restaurant to remove any ingredients they don't like. In addition, customers often order a separate plate of boiled squid to eat with the seafood dipping sauce.

Many locals and tourists , after paddling SUPs or jogging on Man Thai beach, immediately head to eat and share their experiences widely on social media, attracting many young people to follow the trend.

It tastes even better when you eat instant noodles with squid amidst the sound of ocean waves and the sunrise.

From 7 am onwards, dozens of young people gathered at Man Thai beach (Son Tra district, Da Nang) to experience the extremely popular instant noodle dish with squid that has been trending recently.

After trying squid noodle soup for the first time, Phan Quoc Tan (28 years old, a tourist from Ninh Thuan) shared: "When I saw a video of squid noodle soup on social media, I decided to travel 12 hours to Da Nang to enjoy this dish. For the first time, I got to taste fresh, delicious, and crispy squid with a rich broth right by the sea."

What attracts tourists to eat here is not only the freshness of the squid but also the refreshing sea breeze. Mr. Huy (from Khanh Hoa) smiled and said: "After eating, I can freely swim in the sea and take a stroll. I not only enjoyed the delicious food but also had a great time."

At Man Thai beach, there are many stalls selling instant noodles with squid. With just a few simple plastic tables and chairs, tourists really enjoy the meal. Ms. Truong Thi Kim Thanh (Son Tra district, Da Nang) – who runs a squid noodle stall here – shared: "Many tourists from other provinces come to eat squid noodles, most of them eat early in the morning from 6-9 am to feel the sea breeze and gentle sunshine."

Every morning at 4-5 am, my husband goes to the beach, about 50 meters away, to buy squid that the fishermen have just pulled up in their nets. The squid has to be fresh every day so that customers will only come back after they've finished eating."
