Sharing at the event, Mr. Do Tuan Anh, Director of Vibotics, emphasized that the original purpose of building Veronica was not an AI like ChatGPT but simply an AI with competitive capabilities.

“With the motto of developing an AI by Vietnamese people, for Vietnamese people, the algorithms we use focus on best serving Vietnamese people,” Mr. Do Tuan Anh emphasized.

Introducing Veronica, he said that in addition to collecting data, this AI chatbot can also determine the correctness or incorrectness of this data, thereby eliminating all negative information such as racism, obscene content, information against the Party, Government, State of Vietnam, etc., thereby orienting it to become an AI that serves the right purposes of the Vietnamese people.

Veronica is now available on AppStore and GooglePlay. Users can use it immediately after downloading without having to register. If using Veronica on the web, you need to log in with your Gmail account. In the near future, it will be completely free to use.

Integrating the natural language processing NLP model and the Chat Hunter model developed and copyrighted by Vibotics, Veronica is capable of using the most human-like communication language possible, especially understanding more than 140 input languages and giving answers in Vietnamese through natural language processing.

“Veronica can understand the context of Vietnamese. Because the product is built for Vietnamese people, when applying input factors as well as analyzing output factors, we focus on how to make the final answer as easy to understand as possible for Vietnamese people,” said the Director of Vibotics.

According to Mr. Do Tuan Anh, in addition to the ability to create text, chatbot Veronica can also create images with high size and resolution based on prompts.

The head of Vibotics said that because this is a software developed for Vietnamese people, the company focuses on promoting the application of user experience as well as interactions with Veronica using pure Vietnamese, something that most other chatbots have not done well.

Also at the launch ceremony, Mr. Do Tuan Anh shared about some of Veronica's applications, such as integration into the business's customer care service (24/7 support, product consulting, etc.); healthcare (supporting diagnosis, disease prediction, symptom recognition, etc.); education (taking attendance of students, teaching assistants, etc.); smart home (automatically turning on and off devices, identifying guests, etc.); energy; industrial production (automation, demand prediction, inventory management, etc.); finance (data analysis, investment suggestions, etc.)

Regarding the future vision, the Director of Vibotics expressed his desire to build a strong Vietnamese AI community, and hoped that Veronica software would be able to transform into open source, where everyone can contribute data, ideas, and share how Vietnam can have a solid position on the world AI map.

Accordingly, the Government has issued the National Strategy on research, development and application of artificial intelligence until 2030. VINASA has also developed an AI strategy within its more than 500 member enterprises, including HTI Group.

VINASA also established a separate committee on artificial intelligence development to encourage and promote businesses like Vibotics to be born and develop, and at the same time connect more closely together, creating a digital transformation ecosystem for businesses and organizations in Vietnam.

“When there is a complete digital ecosystem, there will be new, complete economic and business models for businesses. That is VINASA's highest expectation and desire,” Mr. An Ngoc Thao affirmed.
