[Video] Issuing semiconductor training standards, preparing high-quality human resources

NDO - The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued the Standard for Semiconductor Microchip Training Programs at undergraduate and master's levels, applicable to higher education institutions participating in the Semiconductor Industry Human Resource Development Program to 2030, with a vision to 2050.

The program clearly defines objectives, input and output standards, study volume, content, teaching methods, requirements for lecturers and facilities.

The goal is to train a workforce with political qualities, professional ethics, and technological thinking to meet the requirements of the semiconductor industry throughout the entire value chain: from design, production to tools and equipment.

In addition, the Ministry of Education and Training also announced a list of related industries that can participate in training, creating a legal basis for piloting and expanding the semiconductor human resource training model in a systematic and synchronous manner.
