According to regulations, users have a maximum of 2 hours from the time the system detects a device change to perform a facial biometric scan. If verification is not completed, the subscriber's calling and messaging services may be temporarily suspended. Verification can be easily done through the network operator's official application, or via the national electronic identity card (VneID), or directly at the network operator's transaction points.
