Video: Sun Group starts construction of 3/2 Street Urban Area project

On the afternoon of May 16, Sun Group Corporation held a groundbreaking ceremony for the 3/2 Street Urban Area project in Ward 10 and Ward 11, Vung Tau City.

With a scale of 96 hectares and a total investment of nearly 37,000 billion VND, the 3/2 Street Urban Area is designed with an aesthetic spirit, planned according to 5 functional zones, including: high-rise apartments, low-rise villas, retail complexes, condotel hotels. In which, the heart of the project is a 19-hectare theme water park.
