Continuing the success of previous years, the Trade Promotion Agency coordinated with relevant units of Vietnam and China to organize the following activities: Vietnam-China Trade, Investment and Technology Cooperation Forum; Trade Conference between Vietnamese and Chinese enterprises; Investment Promotion Conference in ASEAN Industrial Parks and Project Connection Exchange; Cooperation Seminar between China-ASEAN Industrial Parks and Industrial Parks from ASEAN countries.

Over the past 20 years, CAEXPO has become a major multilateral economic and trade cooperation platform between ASEAN and China, gathering a large number of Chinese and ASEAN businessmen and investors, creating extremely favorable conditions for Vietnamese enterprises to directly learn about market trends, exchange, promote business and promote cooperation in many fields with Chinese and ASEAN enterprises. On average, each fair, Vietnamese enterprises have the opportunity to approach about 50,000 Chinese and ASEAN businessmen.

Statistics from both China and Vietnam have shown that, from only reaching tens of millions of USD in value of contracts and transaction agreements in the first years of participating in CAEXPO, in recent years, the total value of trade and investment transactions of Vietnamese enterprises at the fair has been much larger. At CAEXPO events, the Vietnamese pavilion always attracts a large number of Vietnamese enterprises to register to participate.
