Vietlott once again hits the jackpot with billions of VND.

Vietlott has just found one winning ticket for the Jackpot 2 prize in the Power 6/55 lottery, worth nearly 7.9 billion VND. The Jackpot 1 prize of over 142 billion VND is still waiting for a winner.

According to information from the Vietnam Lottery Company (Vietlott), in the 1104th draw of the Power 6/55 lottery held tonight (October 24th), the Vietlott lottery council determined the Jackpot 1 prize value to be over 142 billion VND. However, no lucky player has won this prize yet.

However, Vietlott's system has identified one customer who won the Jackpot 2 prize worth nearly 7.9 billion VND.

The winning numbers for today's Power 6/55 lottery draw (number 1104) are 05 - 17 - 31 - 39 - 46 - 53, and the winning number for Jackpot 2 is 03.

A winning ticket for Jackpot 2 is one that matches 5 out of 6 numbers of Jackpot 1 and the remaining number matches the lucky number randomly selected by Vietlott.

The winning numbers for Jackpot 1 today are 05 - 17 - 31 - 39 - 46 - 53. The winning ticket for Jackpot 2 matched 5 out of the 6 numbers above and the number 03.

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Finance in Circular No. 111/2013/TT-BTC, the holder of a winning lottery ticket will have to fulfill their tax obligations according to current regulations when claiming the prize.

Accordingly, the lucky customer who won the Jackpot 2 prize will have to pay 10% personal income tax. Thus, after deducting personal income tax, the amount the Jackpot 2 winner will receive today is over 7 billion VND.

Besides the Jackpot 2 grand prize worth nearly 7.9 billion VND, in this 1104th draw, Vietlott also found 23 winners of the first prize, each worth 40,000,000 VND; 1,446 winners of the second prize, each worth 500,000 VND; and 28,338 winners of the third prize, each worth 50,000 VND.

The deadline for claiming the prize is 60 days from the date of prize announcement. After this deadline, the prize will be forfeited and added to Vietlott's other income category.

Recently, Vietlott has consistently found winning tickets for the Jackpot 2 prize in the Power 6/55 lottery.

Most recently, in the 1098th draw of the Power 6/55 lottery on the evening of October 10th, Vietlott found one winning ticket for the Jackpot 2 prize worth nearly 4.4 billion VND. The winner of this Jackpot 2 prize is from Lam Dong province.
