Vietnam Airlines welcomes 350 millionth passenger in Hue

(QNgTV) - At Phu Bai International Airport, Hue City, Vietnam Airlines Corporation in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Hue City People's Committee and Phu Bai International Airport held a ceremony to welcome the 350 millionth passenger.

The flight was greeted with a water cannon salute.

The 350 millionth passenger traveled on flight VN1541 from Hanoi to Hue, landing at 9:00 a.m. on July 9, on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the traditional day of Vietnam Tourism and welcoming the National Tourism Year Hue 2025.

Upon landing at the airport, the flight was greeted with a water cannon ceremony (an international ceremony for special aviation events). The 350 millionth passenger was given a Platinum Lotus card, 2 domestic business class return tickets and souvenirs. Ten lucky passengers received domestic economy class return tickets, all passengers on the flight were given gifts with the image of the Vietnam Airlines brand, imbued with Hue identity as a warm greeting from the ancient capital.
