Thirdly, we will promote investment, closely monitor progress and quality, especially for large projects in the Group's key economic sectors. At the same time, we will actively implement other investment projects as assigned by the Government.
Fourth, promote research and innovation, apply science and technology, and implement digital transformation in all areas of production and business, especially related to the modernization of mineral exploitation and processing. According to Mr. Ngan, Vinacomin has completed the Group's digital transformation plan and is currently working with relevant partners.
Fifth, the Group continues to effectively and comprehensively implement environmental solutions, proactively responding to climate change, and developing sustainably according to green, clean criteria and in harmony with the development of the localities where the Group's projects are located.
Sixth, pay attention to social welfare and business activities with the goal of harmonious development with localities, especially in mineral exploitation and land clearance for production.
According to Vinacomin Chairman Ngo Hoang Ngan, the Government, the Prime Minister, and various ministries and agencies have recently taken decisive action to remove obstacles for the Group in granting and renewing licenses for several mines. This has made the Group's production, business, and investment activities in 2025 and subsequent years smoother.
To boost production and ensure the Group's development, Vinacomin representatives also proposed that ministries and agencies allow the Group to proceed without auctioning the mineral exploitation rights for the Sin Quyen copper mine in Lao Cai and the bauxite mines in Lam Dong and Dak Nong, so that exploration and project planning can be carried out on schedule according to the criteria for mineral exploration, exploitation, and processing for the period 2021-2030 approved by the Prime Minister.
