Vinhomes, owned by billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, reports record profits.

(Dan Tri Newspaper) - Vinhomes' consolidated after-tax profit of VND 42,111 billion in 2025 represents a 20% increase compared to 2024 and is the highest ever.

Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (stock code: VHM) has just announced its consolidated financial report for the fourth quarter of 2025, with net revenue reaching VND 103,010 billion, more than three times higher than the same period in 2024.

After deducting taxes and expenses, the company recorded a net profit of VND 26,797 billion, an increase of 85%.

For the whole year of 2025, the net revenue of Vietnam's largest real estate developer reached VND 154,102 billion, an increase of 50%. After-tax profit reached its highest level in its operating history, at VND 42,111 billion. These indicators all exceeded the targets set at the beginning of the year, increasing by 30% and 20% respectively compared to 2024.

Sales activity continued to be a highlight in 2025. Total sales reached VND 205,252 billion, a 98% increase compared to 2024. This positive result stemmed from the simultaneous launch of 5 new projects in key markets including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong , and Tay Ninh.

In addition, billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong's company explained that this was partly due to the on-schedule and ahead-of-schedule handover progress at large-scale projects such as Vinhomes Ocean Park 2, 3, and Vinhomes Vu Yen (Hai Phong).

As of December 31, 2025, Vinhomes' total assets reached nearly VND 786,400 billion and equity reached over VND 247,900 billion, representing increases of 39% and 12% respectively compared to the end of 2024. Cash and cash equivalents reached nearly VND 50,000 billion, an increase of 74%.

2025 marks a significant step in Vinhomes' project portfolio expansion strategy, with the launch of five new projects: Vinhomes Wonder City (Dan Phuong, Hanoi), Vinhomes Green City (Hau Nghia, Tay Ninh ), Vinhomes Golden City (Duong Kinh, Hai Phong), Vinhomes Green Paradise (Can Gio, Ho Chi Minh City), and Happy Home Trang Cat (Nam Trang Cat, Hai Phong).

To celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Vinhomes has commenced construction on a series of key projects nationwide, such as the Vinhomes Global Gate Ha Long mega-urban complex, the Cam Ranh Bay waterfront urban area, the social housing project in Pho Hien ward, Hung Yen province, and the new urban area in Song Tri ward, Ha Tinh province.
