The play uses the music of Antonio Vivaldi's suite "The Four Seasons", written about 300 years ago. The version used in "Do" was composed by contemporary composer Max Richter with many new layers of harmony and arrangement.

"Do" - a contemporary ballet combining European classical music and Vietnamese culture - will premiere in Ho Chi Minh City in early July at the Ho Chi Minh City Theater.
The program is part of the 74th anniversary of Europe Day in Vietnam, bringing together artists from the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra, the Sun Symphony Orchestra, and the Vietnam National Opera and Ballet, conducted by conductor Dong Quang Vinh. "Do" promises to take viewers in Ho Chi Minh City through four seasons of the year with scenes and emotions that are both strange and familiar.
