After nearly 10 years of investing and developing infrastructure according to the standards of a professional, green and environmentally friendly industrial park, VSIP Quang Ngai has been and is a trusted address for investors. Up to now, VSIP Quang Ngai has attracted 34 investors with a total investment capital of more than 1 billion USD from countries and territories: USA, Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Belgium, China... Of which 22 investors have started production, creating more than 28,000 jobs. It is expected that when all 34 investors come into operation, they will create 53,000 jobs for local workers.
VSIP Quang Ngai Industrial Park
Up to now, the project has developed about 490 hectares out of 660 hectares of industrial land with infrastructure and public works built synchronously. A wastewater treatment plant with a total capacity of 12,000 m³/day, a fire station and 24/7 public security, along with many other utilities have been built right in the industrial park to serve the production and development needs of investors.
Following the development of the Industrial Park and the success in attracting investment into the Industrial Park, the VSIP Quang Ngai Urban - Service Area project, planned on 99.78 hectares, started construction in February 2016.
Located in Truong Quang Trong Ward and Tinh An Tay Commune (Quang Ngai City), the project aims to build a new residential area, suitable for the needs of living in a clean, green environment of Quang Ngai people at a reasonable cost with synchronous, modern urban infrastructure, many utilities; ensuring living space, activities, community communication, entertainment and harmony with nature.
Up to now, the first 24 hectares have completed infrastructure and put into use with full amenities including: VSIP Park, VSIP Plaza Shopping Center, gym, community library, tennis court, mini soccer field... serving people living in Thien My Loc residential area and the surrounding community.
Along with infrastructure development, VSIP Quang Ngai has always actively participated in charity and social security programs for the community. Up to now, the total value of contributions and support from VSIP Quang Ngai to the community is about 15.2 billion VND.
