Initial information, at about 2:7 a.m. on November 11, on the 9th floor of Kien Giang General Hospital, Tien stole two phones and 700 VND in cash from the patient's family.

Previously, on September 26, Tien also broke into the materials warehouse of a construction company in the sea reclamation area of An Hoa ward, Rach Gia city, stealing 9 bicycles, 2 electric drills, and 2 steam tank. and some other equipment and then send it to relatives' homes.
