Dr. Huynh Anh Binh shared some tips with students on how to maintain a strong mindset before the 2023 High School Graduation Exam.

The 2023 exam season psychological counseling program for high school students in the province, themed "Strong Mindset - High Scores," was attended by over 400 12th-grade students from Hung Vuong High School. They listened to Dr. Huynh Anh Binh, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Career Guidance Center, provide advice on exam psychology.

Accordingly, the students were shared some experiences on maintaining a positive mindset before and during exams; how to take care of themselves and maintain good health; how to recover from fatigue and stress, especially during revision and exam periods; and reminders to avoid common mistakes during the exam process.

On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union presented helmets to 30 students from disadvantaged backgrounds. These helmets are part of the "Safe to School, Steadfast Towards the Future" program in 2023, organized by the Provincial Youth Union in coordination with Asia International Group Co., Ltd., to donate high-quality ROC brand helmets to students in 41 junior and senior high schools in the province.

Later that afternoon, the 2023 Exam Season Psychological Counseling Program for high school students in the province continued at Tan An High School and Ha Long Primary, Secondary & High School (Tan An City) with a total of nearly 650 students participating.

According to Pham Van Hau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union: “The exam season psychological counseling program is one of the key activities of the 2023 Exam Support Program. In addition to providing psychological counseling for students, the Provincial Youth Union also focuses on caring for, guiding, and supporting candidates and their families, such as reviewing and compiling the needs of candidates, focusing on candidates with particularly difficult circumstances, and developing appropriate support plans. Furthermore, to proactively respond to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Provincial Youth Union has implemented various measures such as providing hand sanitizer at exam sites, providing free masks to candidates and their families when they arrive at the exam area, etc.”
