According to the report, after the arrangement and merger of administrative units, Nhon Trach commune has focused on perfecting the apparatus, arranging reasonable personnel, promoting decentralization, delegation of power, reforming and controlling administrative procedures. As of the end of August 2025, the people's service index reached 90.61/100 points, ranking 10/95 communes and wards in the province. The Commune Public Administration Service Center is carrying out 396 procedures; in just over two months, it has received more than 10,000 citizens, received 8,424 records, of which 8,220 records were resolved on time and before the deadline, reaching a rate of 99.8%. The digitization of records reached a rate of over 92% for received records and 96% for resolved results, demonstrating the determination to apply information technology to shorten the time to serve people.
In addition to the achieved results, the People's Committee of Nhon Trach commune proposed to the Ministry of Home Affairs and related units a number of contents such as: continuing to strengthen IT infrastructure, ensuring data connectivity between the province's administrative procedure system and specialized software; fixing technical errors when processing business registration dossiers; issuing instructions for practical cases not yet included in the Ministry of Administrative Procedures such as confirmation of water supply, electricity supply, loans, school admission... The locality also proposed to soon have a staffing framework, instructions on building a job position project, policies for part-time positions, a roadmap for streamlining staff; at the same time allowing the authorization of the Deputy Director of the Public Administration Service Center to sign and approve a number of simple certification documents to serve people quickly, in the spirit of "4 on-site";...
Concluding the working session, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh highly appreciated the efforts and sense of responsibility of Nhon Trach commune in perfecting the organization, improving the efficiency of grassroots government operations, especially administrative reform and digital transformation; at the same time, he acknowledged the recommendations to synthesize and report to competent authorities for consideration and further improvement of the 2-level local government model.
