
On the morning of December 19th, Mr. Pham Van Lap, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City, attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the mixed-use construction project at Lot I.14/CTHH-01 in the North Cam River Urban Area, Thuy Nguyen Ward.
This is one of 13 construction projects in the city that were started and inaugurated to commemorate the 79th anniversary of the National Resistance Day (December 19, 1946 - December 19, 2025) and to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Comrade Pham Van Lap, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, said that with its large scale, well-planned development orientation, and long-term vision, the mixed-use construction project at Lot I.14/CTHH-01 is expected to become a new architectural highlight of the city center, contributing to supplementing the high-quality commercial and service infrastructure system, and enhancing the living and working space for the people.

Deputy Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee Pham Van Lap affirmed that Hai Phong city always stands alongside businesses, creating the best conditions during the construction and operation of the project. He requested the investor and contractors to focus capital, equipment, and human resources to implement the project on schedule, with high technical and aesthetic standards, safety, and environmental protection.

The 41-story commercial and service building and apartment project is a component of the Dragon 75 Complex project, invested by Dragon Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company - a member of DOJI Group. The project has a total investment of over 7.5 trillion VND.
Besides the 41-story commercial and residential building, there is also the 75-story Dragon Jade 75 mixed-use tower, which is among the tallest buildings in Vietnam.
