Building a forest price framework in the province

The Department of Agriculture and Environment has just approved the plan to select contractors for the task of building a forest price framework in the area.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the contractor will be selected for a 12-month package contract to build a forest price framework for the entire Lam Dong province.

Accordingly, the Department of Agriculture and Environment assigned the Financial Planning Department to preside over and coordinate with the Forestry Sub-Department and relevant units to organize the selection of contractors in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Specifically, by means of open online bidding, one-stage, two-envelope method, within 90 days, a contractor will be selected to sign a full package contract for setting the price of natural forests, planted forests belonging to special-use forests, protective forests and production forests according to commune-level administrative units, which will be summarized for the entire Lam Dong province, ensuring suitability for each forest status and forest type. The implementation period of the package is 12 months.

In addition, within 10 days of shortened bidding, specialized units of Lam Dong Department of Agriculture and Environment will select contractors to prepare and appraise bidding documents and evaluate the results of selecting contractors to build forest price frameworks, with the total contract implementation time being 2 months.

The total value of the above packages is more than 3.6 billion VND.
