Establishing a forest pricing framework in the province.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment has just approved the plan for selecting contractors for the task of developing a forest price framework in the area.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the contractor selected for the 12-month lump-sum contract to develop the forest price framework for the entire Lam Dong province will be awarded.

Accordingly, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has assigned the Planning and Finance Division to take the lead, in coordination with the Forest Protection Sub-Department and relevant units, in organizing the selection of contractors in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Specifically, through a public online bidding process, using a one-stage, two-envelope method, within 90 days, a contractor will be selected to sign a lump-sum contract for determining the framework price of natural forests, planted forests within special-use forests, protection forests, and production forests at the commune level, aggregated for the entire Lam Dong province, ensuring consistency with each forest condition and type. The implementation period for the contract is 12 months.

In addition, during the 10-day simplified bidding process, specialized units of the Lam Dong Department of Agriculture and Environment selected a contractor to prepare and appraise the bidding documents and evaluate the results of the contractor selection for the forest price framework, with a contract implementation period of 2 months.

The total value of the aforementioned contracts is over 3.6 billion VND.
