Mr. Do Van Hai's family currently lives in a dilapidated and unsafe house, facing many difficulties in their lives. Building a new house will provide the family with a more stable place to live, allowing them to work, produce, and develop their family's economy with peace of mind.
Mr. Do Van Hai is one of 84 children of resistance fighters exposed to chemical toxins who are eligible for support to replace dilapidated or temporary housing in the province, according to a decision by the Provincial People's Committee. Of these, 38 cases received support for new construction and 46 cases received support for house repairs. In Dam Rong 1 commune alone, 3 cases received support for new house construction and 1 case received support for house repairs. The support level is 60 million VND per house for new construction and 30 million VND per house for repairs.
