"Building" - a test of character and strategic vision.
In the context of hostile forces using algorithms and Big Data to manipulate perceptions, focusing on "building" is a way for us to establish a self-immunity system for each citizen. According to Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Tan Vinh, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Regional Political Academy II, Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy, and Member of the Central Theoretical Council: President Ho Chi Minh taught that if the roots are strong, the tree will endure.

The guiding principle throughout the current work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation is the close combination of "construction" and "combat." When "construction" is done well, firmly, and deeply, all conspiracies, schemes, and subversive activities of hostile forces will become meaningless.
Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Tan Vinh also stated that Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW identifies "Construction" as the fundamental task for three core reasons:
Firstly , we need to build a "Shield of Trust": "Building" helps each official, Party member, and citizen develop strong political resolve. With the right understanding, each individual will automatically have a "filter" to identify and eliminate harmful and toxic information, preventing themselves from falling into the "digital sheep" mentality.
Secondly , we must affirm our credibility through practical experience: There is no more compelling evidence than the country's development. The building of a clean Party and the improvement of people's lives are the "telling figures" that neutralize all distorted arguments.
Thirdly : Healing and unifying: "Building" creates a high degree of unity in action, rendering all attempts to divide and "deepen conflicts" useless in the face of the great national unity.
Every officer should begin by "building" themselves: strong in character, clear in understanding, and exemplary in quality. Every unit should persistently "build" from the roots, from the foundation. When the "fortress of trust" has been built with intelligence, character, and camaraderie, all opposition will naturally disappear.
"The will of the people" - an impregnable bulwark in cyberspace.
According to Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Tan Vinh, our ancestors repeatedly emphasized: "The people's strength is like water; the people can carry the boat, but the people can also overturn it."
The recent "no-go zone" anti-corruption campaign is not just about purging the system, but more importantly, about strengthening the people's trust. In cyberspace – where information is fragmented and easily manipulated – the people's will is the ultimate support.
When people trust them, they will become voluntary "fighters" defending what is right, refuting false rumors from the moment they begin to surface.
When the public is calm, algorithms that recommend negative content will no longer have a place to operate, facing fierce boycotts from a highly aware online community.
The motto "The people know, the people discuss, the people act, the people inspect, the people supervise, and the people benefit" is the "key" to keeping the people's hearts at peace. Once the people feel they are the subjects of development, they will be the strongest "fortress" shielding and protecting the Party from all external attacks.

From "building" yourself to becoming a " social media mogul" .
Sharing the same view, Associate Professor Dr. Luu Ngoc To Tam, Head of the Department of State and Law, Regional Political Academy II, believes that protecting the ideological foundation is not the responsibility of any one individual. To build a solid "fortress of trust," each official and Party member needs to cultivate strong character, clear understanding, and exemplary qualities. They must be role models who "match words with actions" to earn the people's trust and respect.
Instead of avoiding the digital space, we need to proactively spread positive information. Each social media account of a Party member must be a "milestone" affirming ideological sovereignty , using beauty to overcome ugliness, and using official information to combat fake news. The struggle to protect the Party's ideological foundation in the digital age is a race against time and trust. When we successfully fulfill the task of "building a clean and strong Party," we proactively neutralize all subversive plots from an early stage and from afar.
When the "fortress" is built with wisdom, courage, and comradeship, then no matter how complex the storms of cyberspace may be, the revolutionary cause of our Party and people will continue to move forward steadfastly. Truth always has inherent strength, and the people's hearts are where that truth is most firmly protected.
