Reporters observed that in the Phuoc Thai area, the border between Dong Nai province and Ho Chi Minh City, there was a high volume of vehicles, with occasional minor traffic congestion.

The road from Phu My ward (Ho Chi Minh City) to Vung Tau is less congested, but the heavy traffic causes vehicles to move slowly.
