Previously, the Ministry of Information and Communications announced that it would coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to create two lists – a white list and a black list. The black list would include individuals who have committed violations, and the state management agency discourages advertisers from cooperating with or supporting them.
The Department of Broadcasting, Television and Electronic Information will block violating accounts, preventing them from appearing on social media platforms. This is one way to help create a cleaner online environment.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son, Deputy Director of the Legal Department ( Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism ), said that the Ministry has issued a Code of Conduct, which includes content related to professional activities, social work, interactions with colleagues, and activities in the field of journalism and media. Artists who violate this code will be punished depending on the severity of the violation.
Ngoc Trinh's case caused a public uproar when she disregarded Vietnamese law by performing dangerous stunts while riding a large-displacement motorcycle on the streets.

She was detained for "disturbing public order." This action was met with public approval, as many believed that anyone who violates the law should be severely punished.

Ngoc Trinh is a model with considerable influence on young people on social media, so her reckless driving, dangerous maneuvers, provocative postures, and lack of protective gear while riding a motorcycle have a negative impact on the community.
