Regarding the case where parents accused the Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thai Binh province and related parties in the admission and grading process for the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2024-2025 school year, on July 30, Mr. Lai Van Hoan, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province, signed document No. 2879 on conducting an unscheduled inspection of the organization of the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2024-2025 school year.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province requested the provincial inspectorate to conduct an unscheduled inspection of the implementation of policies, laws, assigned tasks, and powers by the Department of Education and Training, the Director of the Department of Education and Training, and related organizations and individuals in organizing the entrance examination for grade 10 high school in the 2024-2025 school year in Thai Binh province, in accordance with the Law on Inspection and its implementing guidelines.
The Thai Binh Provincial Police and the Provincial Department of Information and Communications are requested to assign officials and civil servants with sufficient capacity, qualifications, and expertise to participate in the inspection.
The Department of Internal Affairs of Thai Binh province, in coordination with relevant units, advised the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for consideration and decision on temporarily suspending the Director of the Department of Education and Training from his duties to facilitate the inspection.
