Request for comments on the content of the 1/2000 scale construction zoning plan for Giang Quang Thinh Industrial Park

Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just sent a document asking for opinions from the Ministry of Construction , the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the Northern Power Corporation on the content of the 1/2000 scale Construction Zoning Plan for Giang Quang Thinh Industrial Park, Thieu Hoa District.

The planning scope belongs to part of the administrative boundaries of Thieu Giang, Thieu Quang, Thieu Thinh and Thieu Hop communes, Thieu Hoa district. The planning area includes land in the industrial park of 298.56ha and land outside the industrial park of 50.32ha.

Regarding spatial planning, the industrial park is divided into 2 main areas, including: Area A with an area of about 175.68 hectares located west of Dinh Cong Street - Thanh Hoa City and a part south of Hoang Xuan - Thieu Long Street; Area B with an area of about 122.88 hectares is the remaining area located on the opposite side.

The factory and enterprise area has an area of 214.13 hectares (accounting for 71.72%) and is planned to be divided into flexible plots of land for factory and enterprise construction, which can be combined to meet the construction requirements of large-scale factories. Focus on attracting large enterprises that are the core and driving force for the development of the industrial park.

Administrative, public and service areas, including buildings such as: executive offices, management agencies, accommodation facilities, commercial service and product display buildings, fire prevention team, industrial park cultural and sports center... are located near the entrance of the industrial park.

Technical infrastructure works include: Wastewater treatment station, 110kV power station, parking lot, vehicle repair workshop, clean water factory, regulating lake, pumping station... located in the southwest area of the industrial park, next to traffic routes convenient for connecting with technical infrastructure systems inside and outside the industrial park.

Giang Quang Thinh Industrial Park functions as a multi-industry industrial park, applying high technology, environmentally friendly, aiming at industry 4.0; prioritizing electronics industry, high-tech industry. Labor scale is about 30,000 people.

The establishment of industrial parks to attract and serve the needs of investors, along with synchronous investment in technical infrastructure of Thieu Hoa district, connecting with Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks, contributes to the socio-economic development of Thieu Hoa district in particular and Thanh Hoa province in general.
