Mr. Nguyen Hoang Khang, a civil servant in the Justice and Civil Registry department, shared that every official working at the One-Stop Service Center is aware of their role and responsibilities. When interacting with the public, they maintain a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, ensuring no inconvenience is caused to citizens. Officials only stop working when the citizens' documents and procedures are complete. Over the past period, this model has been successfully implemented by officials in the commune, receiving public support and approval, with no complaints or inconveniences directed at the One-Stop Service Center.

The civil servants at the One-Stop Service Center in Khanh An commune have been rejuvenated, with the right people assigned to the right jobs, and are always energetic and flexible in handling their work.

Thanks to comprehensive and decisive solutions in implementing administrative reform tasks, Khanh An commune has consistently ranked among the top communes and towns in U Minh district in the Administrative Reform Index for many years. Since the beginning of the year, the commune's People's Committee has handled administrative procedures for organizations and individuals without any delays; the rate of digitizing administrative procedure results, receiving online applications, online payments, and the satisfaction index have all reached 100%.
