The Department of Construction urgently directed the City's Technical Infrastructure Management Center to review, repair, and plant additional trees and grass in necessary places, and renovate damaged areas; arrange fences, partitions, and technical measures to protect the infrastructure; and develop appropriate decoration plans. At the same time, review the entire lighting system in the areas where the Anniversary Ceremony, parade, and procession are held to promptly find solutions, ensure the best lighting, and ensure absolute safety for the people.

The Department of Culture and Sports shall preside over and coordinate with information and communication agencies to strengthen information and propaganda, mobilizing people to participate in cheering on the event with the spirit of "politeness, civilization, and discipline"; disseminate regulations on maintaining order, public hygiene, environmental protection, and creating a beautiful image of the capital during major national holidays.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment is studying the arrangement of additional mobile toilets to serve the people, especially in crowded areas such as Quan Ngua Sports Palace, Co Tan Flower Garden, etc. to serve officers and soldiers after completing their duties, ensuring public hygiene.

The People's Committees of relevant wards and communes shall direct functional forces to strengthen propaganda, remind and guide people on the media, promptly detect phenomena of disorder and insecurity, offensive behavior, coordinate with forces on duty to ensure security and resolutely handle them; organize timely collection and transportation of waste, ensuring environmental sanitation and urban beauty.

In addition, coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to identify locations that need additional mobile public toilets to meet people's needs; closely coordinate with units in area management, maintain security, order and safety in the event area.
